WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of the products offered in our shop, NO returns can be made. If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of order being placed, a full refund can be made. Please e-mail me directly at jillian@jillianjensenevents.com

 

If you would like to cancel an order and request a refund more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, contact shop directly at jillian@jillianjensenevents.com. Due to the custom nature of the products offered in the shop, refunds will be cared for on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon the stage of production at time of refund request.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE?

All products are made-to-order by hand. Due to the nature of this process and the products in our shop, please be aware of the production timeline below.
 

1 |  Order is placed

2 |  5-7 business days after receiving the order, we will create a proof for your review (if you've purchased a CUSTOM order)

3 |  You have 5 business days to review your proof. If you do not request changes, we will begin production (with the assumption that the proof is accepted). If you have changes, we will communicate via e-mail until the design is finalized.

4 |  7-14 business days after proof is accepted, your product will be 

5 |  If you have chosen the ship option, your item will ship and you will receive tracking information via e-mail. If you've chosen "Deliver to my wedding" option (for current Jillian Jensen Events client ONLY), you will receive a photo of the finished product and it will be stored in our facility until your wedding date.

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering day-of wedding delivery for people who are not Jillian Jensen Events coordination clients.

However, we offer a variety of shipping options at checkout and often run "free shipping" sales - so keep your eyes peeled!

If you are a current client of our sister company, Jillian Jensen Events, you can receive free delivery of all of your Wedding Collection items purchased. Simply use code JJECLIENT at check out. During processing, I will confirm you are indeed a Jillian Jensen Events client and will connect with you about your order!

Once your items are made, we will send a confirmation photo for you and then package them up and deliver them on your wedding day.

If you are purchasing items from the Wedding Collection AND another collection, please make two separate purchases so shipping is properly applied.
