WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE?
All products are made-to-order by hand. Due to the nature of this process and the products in our shop, our production timeline is anywhere from 5 to 14 business days. This heavily depends on the order you've placed and the time of year. If you have questions about production timeline, or have a date you need the items by, please contact us and we can confirm the current timeline with you!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of the products offered in our shop, NO returns can be made. If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of order being placed, a full refund can be made. Please e-mail me directly at jillianjensencreative@gmail.com
 
If you would like to cancel an order and request a refund more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, contact shop directly at jillianjensencreative@gmail.com Due to the custom nature of the products offered in the shop, refunds will be cared for on a case-by-case basis and dependent upon the stage of production at time of refund request.

SHOULD I BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE OR ON ETSY?
You can purchase the item in whichever shop you prefer! We have multiple sales locations to make it easiest for our customers and it doesn't matter. 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?
If you are interested in scheduling a pick up of your items at our studio in downtown Longmont, Colorado, please reach out directly after placing your order! We'd be happy to make these arragements.

DO YOU MAKE FULLY CUSTOM PIECES?
Yes! I love expanding my horizons and making pieces that are completely custom. If you are local to Colorado, we can even meet in my studio and design your piece together. Please reach out to me at jillianjensencreative@gmail.com for information.
